How the design process will work for you

Below I have listed the actual process you will go through after deciding to appoint us to prepare your website, and a brief explanation of our design process.

1. We will give you a list of typical categories and headings for your website.

2. You provide us with text and pictures for any of these categories that you would like included on your site. Usually these will include detail of the property, detail of the area, things to do, prices, and how you can be contacted by potential customers. This site has no photos. This is NOT the best approach for your property website! Your photos should be taken on a sunny day, if possible.

3. You look through the websites on this site (HERE) or on the internet in general, and choose a style. Otherwise we will be happy to come up with a few suggestions. If you have specific thoughts on colour, as a starting point take a look at the colour chart - you can then tell us a specific colour, for example ff6600, rather than 'light red' and so on.

4. We will optimise your photos so that they look good and load fast on the internet

5. We will then prepare your site using the information provided, and load it 'live' for your review.

6. (Optional) We can add an availability calendar to your site. 

7. We will also add keywords and descriptions as appropriate to your site, to help search engines such as google find and rate your site. Click here to see our factsheet about Search Terms and Keywords.

8. You provide feedback and comments on the draft site. We make changes as requested, and so on until you are happy with the result.

9. You pay us (cheque, or credit card through PayPal).

10. We place your site permanently on the internet, and send you a full copy of the files.
